The groundbreaking LL.M. in Biotechnology and Genomics is the first degree of its kind in the nation. Affiliated with the Center for Law, Science, & Innovation, the degree program provides students with in-depth study of the scientific and policy aspects of genomics. Through classroom instruction and guided independent study, students explore the laws that enable and constrain the development, control, and application of biotechnology and genomics, including areas such as agricultural law and policy and intellectual property.
