On Campus Interviews

The Career Center office at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law offers a variety of programs to assist legal employers in filling intern and associate positions. It is our goal to assist you in establishing a program that will best meet your recruitment needs.

On-Campus Interviewing (OCI)

Each semester, employers have an opportunity to interview students on-campus at the College of Law. The On-Campus Interview process begins with the reservation of an interview date. Career Services collects resumes of interested applicants and electronically forwards them to your office for your review. Interview schedules are then developed according to your specifications. On-Campus Interviews provide employers with an efficient and cost-effective way to interview as many qualified students as possible during a concentrated time period. The OCI Recruitment Program begins early September and continues through early November for the Fall Semester;
and mid-February to late March for the Spring Semester. No interviews are held during Fall and Spring breaks.

Resume-Only Program

The Resume-Only Program is available to employers who are unable to interview on campus but would like to obtain resumes from ASU students. The Career Center office will collect and forward resumes, or employers may receive resumes directly from students.

When participating in either program, employers should provide the Career Center with a NALP form (if available), organization resume, and description of the position(s) available, including hiring criteria and application deadline.

Register for the Current On Campus Interview Program

The Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law’s Career Strategy and Professional Development Mentoring Center at Arizona State University invites you to take part in our On-Campus Recruitment Program. Whether you are a regular participant or considering joining us for the first time, we want to welcome you to this important recruiting event for ASU students.

As you may know, on-campus interviews provide employers with an efficient and cost-effective way to interview many qualified students for summer intern or attorney positions during a concentrated time period. We will be happy to set up interviews with those students with whom you would like to meet. If you are unable to join us on campus, you can also use this opportunity to collect student resumes if you so desire.
