The Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law has created a system to facilitate students sharing course outlines.  The outlines are prepared by students and have not been checked by the faculty or administration and the College of Law does not endorse them or attest to their accuracy. We strongly recommend that students create their own outlines as the process of creating an outline helps students understand the material they are responsible for. These outlines should only be used as comparisons.
