Each year, the Center for Law and Global Affairs invites scholars from various disciplines to present current research in a critical, yet collaborative environment. The goal of the Center’s workshops is to foster sustained and constructive discussion of scholarship in multiple areas, including public international law, private international law, human rights, sustainability, international criminal law, international institutions, transitional justice, global governance and national security. Presenters are encouraged to discuss works in progress so that comments can be incorporated prior to publication. Some years, the Center workshop is based on a unifying theme or focuses on the work of a particular scholar.
