This conference will offer an overview of three critical Indian Law decisions before the U.S. Supreme Court: The Indian Child Welfare Act in Brackeen v. Haaland, Water Law in Arizona v. Navajo Nation and lending case in Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians et al. v. Coughlin. Hear from Indian law attorneys and advocates who will also discuss Indian Gaming developments, Tribal Economic Development and an exploration in Navajo Fundamental Law.
