This is a public lecture by Ambassador Carlos Gianelli, ambassador of Uruguay to the United States, moderated by Martín Aguirre, Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow in journalism 

Ambassador Gianelli will talk about the strategy of big tobacco companies to build significant number of legal actions against countries that were trying to implement protective public health measures on tobacco control.
