Contract Drafting and Negotiation

A well-drafted contract is the best method of avoiding disputes over contract-related issues. In this program, you will learn the fundamental principles of effective contract drafting with an emphasis on drafting agreements that meet the parties’ needs and anticipate potential legal problems. This program will also help attendees understand how to critically review and interpret contract language. Don’t miss important, practical tips and strategies for dealing with contracts in a variety of contexts.
