Middle Eastern Law Student Association

Mission

MELSA was founded in 2021 by Alexis Eisa and is dedicated to creating a deep sense of community for Middle Eastern law students. We hope to do so by bridging the gap between Middle Easterners and the legal profession. Our goals include: promoting diversity and the role of Middle Eastern individuals in the legal profession, discussing issues relevant to us as Middle Eastern students, to mutually uplift members, to pave the way for future Middle Eastern law students, and to provide network opportunities with Middle Easterners in the legal profession.
