Devil's drop-off expands to dependents

ASU is expanding the free Devils’ drop-off COVID-19 saliva testing to dependents of benefits-eligible ASU employees.

If you are a benefits-eligible employee, any family member over the age of 5 years old who qualifies for coverage under your health insurance — regardless of whether they are covered — may use Devils’ drop-off. Children under 5 years old cannot participate.

How it works:
1. Pick up a saliva test kit from an ASU Devils’ drop-off location.
2. Visit the Devils’ drop-off registration webpage to register your dependent for an account. Use SALIVATEST for the agency code. You must create an account with a unique email address for each dependent. Please note: If you previously created an ASU saliva testing account for your dependent, you do not need to create a new account to use the Devils’ drop-off account.
3. Use their account to register their sample tube online.
4. Collect the saliva sample.
5. Drop off their sample tube.
6. Receive results.
