Construction Law: MLS online
Construction and real estate development professionals must navigate a complex web of laws to achieve success. Individuals at all levels of an organization – from CEOs to entrepreneurs to those at a site putting plans into action – make decisions on a regular basis that have significant legal aspects and implications. Often, the person making the decision is unaware of the legal issues at play.
A basic understanding of the applicable law, an ability to interpret these laws, and an ability to know when and how to best engage a legal team could add significantly to these professionals’ decision-making and problem-solving toolkit. Higher quality decisions and more effective and efficient solutions to problems are major factors in propelling an organization’s success and an individual’s career forward.
The construction industry continues to experience significant growth in both jobs and wages. ASU Law's Online Master of Legal Studies (MLS) with an emphasis in construction law is intended to help pivot one’s career into the construction and real estate development fields or to help those already in these fields take their careers to a new level.
