Robert Rosette
The ASU Law community is saddened to learn of the passing of alumnus Robert Rosette. Robert received his JD from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law in 1996. Robert is the Founder and Managing Partner of Rosette, LLP and has been a pillar in Federal Indian law. His generosity and support led to the establishment of the Rosette, LLP, American Indian Economic Development Program, and he served on the Advisory Council for the Indian Legal Program at ASU Law. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this time.

Before purchasing his small seaside home in Captain Cook, Hawaii, Shahzaad Ausman conducted extensive due diligence. He made sure there were no outstanding issues. So when he was told a year later that his 38-year-old home was suddenly considered “illegal,” the news felt surreal.
Art Hinshaw, associate dean for experiential learning and director of the Lodestar Dispute Resolution Center, has been honored with the Conflict Prevention and Resolution Book Award by the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution, an honor widely respected across the dispute resolution community.
