Fellowships
Academic and legal fellowships at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University offer students the opportunity to receive subsidized education or post-career training to help them on their law school journeys. These financial awards are typically merit-based and can include internship or externship opportunities.

Equal Justice Works (EJW) Fellowships
The Equal Justice Works provides fellowship opportunities for recent graduates. EJW provides various fellowship programs ranging from disaster resilience, crime victims advocacy to housing and elder justice. Additionally, EJW allows post-grad fellows the opportunity to build a project through their Design-Your-Own Fellowship.

Skadden Fellowships
The Skadden Foundation awards two-year paid fellowships for students in their final year of law school, Master of Laws (LLM). program, concurrent JD/graduate degree, or clerkship. Applications are due in early September, with decisions in November.
Fulbright Study/Research Award
Post graduate candidates design a study/research proposal for a specific country and work with select advisors and universities to complete their research projects.

Public Service and Leadership Development Fellows with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA)
ASU Law recently formed an innovative, new partnership with the U.S. Department of Agriculture to provide recent graduates and experienced attorneys with a job pipeline at the federal level. Five Public Service and Leadership Development Fellows will participate in leadership groups and mentorship at ASU Law for 90 days, followed by a two-year assignment to the USDA's Office of the General Counsel for hands-on legal work and become skilled public servants. The fellowship will begin at ASU Law's Washington, D.C. location and fellows will remain connected to ASU Law throughout their time with USDA.
