The GOLD Society

The GOLD Society is an ASU Law alumni group dedicated to helping graduates of the last decade remain connected to the law school in a significant way after graduation.

The group is designed to help young alumnae stay engaged with ASU Law after they graduate and begin their philanthropic journey, as well as gain exclusive access to news and events.

GOLD Society offers a limited number of free registrations to conference events. If you are interested please contact Josephine Hanhe.

The following are past GOLD events: Ethics CLE – one (1) hour free, Networking Lunch with a local attorney, ASU football tailgate events (East Michigan, Washington Huskies, UCLA), GOLD networking event in Washington, D.C., Holiday Kick Off at Tombstone Brewery, free Zoo Lights tickets, Open Door at ASU and Spring into GOLD. 

Summer Networking Lunch Series 

This summer we will be offering networking opportunities exclusively to members of our GOLD Society.  Our recent graduates will have the opportunity to attend a lunch with a member of the local legal community who will be speaking to their personal career path and experiences.

The first lunch opportunity will be held with Randy Nussbaum, attorney at Sacks Tierney P.A. For more than 40 years, Randy has assisted individuals and businesses with complex bankruptcy protection (debtor and creditor), transaction, and litigation matters. His practice areas include bankruptcy, civil litigations, and real estate and property.

Our second networking lunch will be held with Cassandra Ayres, attorney at Berry Riddell. Cassandra’s practice focuses on zoning, land use and entitlements, real estate litigation and developments, and eminent domain and condemnation issues including constitutional issues and complex commercial litigation.
